A hotel room is only truly complete when functionality and design come together. This was the starting point for the development of a customised version of the Roootz COMPACT luggage rack. We created this custom solution for several Club Quarters hotels in the United Kingdom and the United States. The compact, custom-made wooden luggage racks are perfectly tailored to the interiors of the hotel rooms. The luggage racks feature rounded corners and are made from natural beechwood, combined with cognac-brown leather straps.

The natural wood finish and warm cognac colour create a calm, stylish look that complements the Club Quarters interior beautifully.

Club Quarters Hotels operates hotels in major cities across the United States and the United Kingdom. The hotel chain focuses on travellers looking to stay in central locations, combining functionality with a contemporary, timeless interior. On its official website, Club Quarters describes its concept as hotels where simplicity, comfort and carefully selected amenities take centre stage.

This combination aligns well with Roootz’s design philosophy. Roootz hotel products are developed with a focus on functionality, simple shapes and high-quality materials.

The collaboration with Club Quarters demonstrates that an existing model can also provide an excellent starting point for a custom solution. By making small design adjustments, applying a specific wood finish and combining different materials, a luggage rack can be created that fits perfectly within the identity of a hotel brand.

European production and close cooperation

Roootz produces the special luggage racks for Club Quarters in Europe. Thanks to close cooperation with its production partners, Roootz can respond quickly when a hotel requires a specific version. That is exactly what customisation at Roootz is all about: not simply offering an existing product, but working together with the customer to determine how a product can be adapted to the hotel’s requirements. This can involve a small change, such as different dimensions, colour or material combination, but it can also involve a completely new design.

From standard luggage rack to fully customised solution

The Roootz range consists of various luggage racks for hotels, including wooden and metal models. The COMPACT, COMPACT+, CLASSIC, TRAVELER and STAY models offer various options in terms of colour, material, size and appearance. Not every standard luggage rack complements the style and interior of every hotel. That is why Roootz also offers custom solutions. An existing Roootz model can be fully adapted to the hotel’s requirements and interior. For example:

It is also possible to develop a completely new luggage rack. Roootz works together with the customer and its production partners to create a suitable design. When required, a sample can be produced before series production begins. This makes it possible to turn an idea into a finished hotel product step by step.

Hotel branding on the luggage rack

Customisation at Roootz is not limited to shape and materials. Hotel branding can also be incorporated into the design. For example, a luggage stand can feature a hotel’s own logo. The Roootz logo can be replaced with a custom logo, and the straps of the luggage rack can also be personalised. A logo or text can, for example, be embroidered onto the straps. A hotel could choose to add a short message for guests. This transforms a practical product into a subtle part of the hotel experience. Other creative ideas can also be discussed. Roootz is happy to explore the possibilities together when it comes to materials, colours, dimensions, branding and finishes.

Looking for a custom luggage rack for your hotel?

Are you a hotelier, interior designer, architect or contract furniture specialist with a specific idea for a luggage rack? You do not always have to settle for a standard model. From an existing model in a different size or colour to a completely new luggage rack: Roootz is happy to work with you to develop a suitable solution. Think, for example, of a luggage rack that perfectly matches your hotel furniture, a specific wood colour that is reflected throughout the interior, leather straps in your brand colours or a luggage rack featuring your own logo. The possibilities for customisation are extensive, and it is precisely the combination of functionality and design that makes a customised luggage rack an attractive option for hotels that pay attention to every detail of the guest room.

A hotel room is only truly complete when functionality and design come together.
